The Unanimous

Declaration

of this

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA REPUBLIC

 

When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the Political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the Earth the "separate and equal" station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's Universal Creator entitle them; a decent respect to the opinions of mankind require that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

 

The history of the present United States is one of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object, the establishment of an absolute tyranny over Moorish American People.  To prove this, let the "facts" be submitted to a candid world:

 

• The CointelPro Program established by J. Edgar Hoover

• The Tuskegee Experiments

• Various Public Lynchings of which no one was ever arrested and the various unsolved lynchings that are still going on today throughout the south

• Jim Crow Laws and the Black Christian Codes  1724, the "Sundown" Laws

• Executions conducted by the United States since 1977, wherein 77 Percent of the the Condemned Inmates were sentenced to death for killing a  European person, yet Moorish Americans make up 50% of all homicide victims.

• The Assasinations of: Noble Drew Ali, Martin Luther King Jr, Malcolm X, Medgar Evers, Fred Hampton and various Black Panthers,  Bob Marley, etc.

• Hurricane Katrina

• Tulsa, Oklahoma (Black Wall Street)

• The Slaughter House Cases

• Slavery

• Denationalization

• The Sentencing Guide Line Act

• The Population Control Act

• The Casual Killing Act

• The R.I.C.O. Act

• The Stagnation of an Entire Nation of people through White Supremacy

• The various Violations of Human Rights

• The Exploitation of our Women in America and around the world

• The Euthanization of our Women by Planned Parenthood

• The flooding of Drugs into Moorish American Communities

• The Distribution of Illegal Firearms into Moorish American Communities

• The Murders of Eric Garner, Michael Brown, Sandra Bland, Laquan McDonald and various unarmed others Killed by Police, nation-wide

• Varied, various, widely practiced, and regularly practiced acts of genocide

 

 

We, therefore, the Representatives of the United States of America Republic, in General congress assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the World for the Rectitude of our intentions, do in the name and the Authority of the good people of the Moorish American Society of the United States of America Republic, Solemnly Publish and Declare that the Moorish American People and citizens are (and of right) ought to be free and form a "free and Independent" State; that they absolve from all allegiance to Foreign Powers. That all Political connections between them and Foreign Powers is and ought to be totally dissolved. That, as a free and Independent State, they have Full Power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things which Independent States may of right do.

 

We the People for the United States of America Republic, in support of this Declaration, form reliance on the protection of the Divine Providence and Right to Self Determination. We mutually pledge to each other Our Lives, Our Fortunes and Our Sacred Honor!

 

We the People of the Moorish American Society for the United States of America Republic of the undersigned Delegation, earnestly intend that very soon there will disappear, from the American Legislations, all traces of theories, more Political than Legal, and is  favored by Europe to preserve in America, Possession over her Nationals.

 

The Moorish American People have Established themselves in the Free Lands of America and we intend that the Legislature of the Continent will be Unified in accordance with the principles that subject alien immigrants to the unrestricted force of the local Law.

 

We, the Moorish American People for the United States of America Republic, intend that, very soon the Doctrine of the domicile will be the one to Regulate in America. The civil status and capacity of persons and feeling Assured that it will constitute one of the most characteristic aspects of a Juridical Pan America.

 

We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by the creator with certain Unalienable Rights; that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these Rights, governments were instituted among men deriving their just Powers from the consent of the governed that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it and to institute a new government laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form as to them, shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness. Prudence indeed will dictate that, governments long establishment should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind is more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed, when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their Right, and it is their duty to throw off such government and to provide new guards for their future security. Such has been the patient sufferance of these Moorish American People; and such is now the necessity of which constraints them to alter their former systems of government.
