Mission Statement

The United States of America Republic exists for the peaceful re-establishment, restoration, and preservation of the free national identity, constitutional character, civic responsibility, and collective welfare of the Moorish American People and all those lawfully united under its Constitutional framework. The United States of America Republic does not exist to overthrow, destroy, or wage hostility against the Constitution of the United States, but rather to realign the people with the original constitutional principles of free national government, self-government, due process of law, treaty obligations, and the unalienable rights endowed by the Creator.

The United States of America Republic affirms that constitutions were established for free national beings capable of self-government, lawful allegiance, moral responsibility, and civic participation. The re-establishment of the United States of America Republic National Constitution represents the restoration and re-alignment of a people back into constitutional order, lawful nationality, national responsibility, and organized government under principles of Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom, and Justice.

The United States of America Republic recognizes the Constitution of the United States as a foundational constitutional instrument intended to secure liberty, preserve justice, regulate governmental authority, and protect the rights of free people. The U.S.A.R. therefore seeks lawful coexistence, constitutional harmony, treaty compliance, peaceful political expression, and lawful civic development consistent with the principles of constitutional government and the Law of Nations.

The mission of the United States of America Republic is to restore national consciousness to a people historically stripped of nationality, political identity, constitutional standing, and historical continuity; to educate the people concerning nationality, citizenship, allegiance, constitutional law, commerce, civic duty, and self-government; to establish institutions capable of preserving posterity, protecting families, developing land, promoting economic independence, and securing the welfare of future generations; and to provide a lawful constitutional framework through which Moorish Americans may peacefully exercise self-determination and organized national existence.

The United States of America Republic further exists to cultivate peace between peoples and nations, encourage moral and civic uplift, promote lawful commerce, preserve the dignity of humanity, protect the rights of children and families, and establish a stable constitutional foundation through which the Moorish American People may contribute positively to the advancement of civilization and the affairs of nations.

The United States of America Republic rejects lawlessness, anarchy, racial hatred, insurrection, terrorism, and unlawful violence. Its purpose is not destruction, but restoration; not rebellion against constitutional order, but the reawakening of constitutional responsibility; not separation from civilization, but re-entry into civilization through nationality, government, and lawful conduct.

The United States of America Republic declares that nationality without government is powerless, government without morality is corruption, and liberty without responsibility leads to disorder. Therefore, the U.S.A.R. dedicates itself to the preservation of constitutional principles, lawful institutions, national unity, civic virtue, posterity, and the peaceful advancement of the Moorish American People as a free national community under a national constitutional republic form of government.

Our Purpose

The purpose of the United States of America Republic (U.S.A.R.) is the peaceful restoration, re-establishment, and preservation of the Moorish American national body politic through constitutional government, lawful nationality, civic responsibility, and organized self-determination. The U.S.A.R. exists to restore a people historically stripped of national identity, constitutional standing, political character, and historical continuity, and to provide a lawful constitutional framework through which Moorish Americans may re-enter the constitutional fold as a free national people.

The United States of America Republic was established to create uniform constitutional laws governing the nationality, repatriation, citizenship, protection, and political status of Moorish Americans and Moorish Subjects residing throughout the Americas and abroad, including those historically connected to the ancient Moorish Empire and the historical relationship between America and Morocco. The U.S.A.R. recognizes that nationality and citizenship are political questions tied to allegiance, constitutional order, and organized government, and therefore seeks to provide lawful standards through which nationality and citizenship may be recognized, preserved, restored, and administered under constitutional principles.

The purpose of the U.S.A.R. is not to overthrow the Constitution of the United States, but to re-align Moorish Americans back into constitutional civilization through the restoration of free national identity, constitutional government, lawful allegiance, civic duty, and organized nationhood. The U.S.A.R. affirms that constitutions were established for free national beings possessing nationality, political character, and organized government, and that the restoration of nationality is essential to the restoration of constitutional order.

The United States of America Republic further exists to re-establish the Moorish American State and to re-enfranchise the Moorish American people politically, civically, economically, and constitutionally under a national government operating according to the principles of Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom, and Justice. Through this restoration process, the U.S.A.R. seeks to provide lawful institutions for nationality records, citizenship administration, family protection, education, economic development, land stewardship, diplomacy, commerce, public trust administration, and the preservation of posterity.

The U.S.A.R. recognizes that questions concerning nationality, citizenship, allegiance, domicile, and immigration are foundational governmental powers historically exercised by sovereign political communities. The re-establishment of the government of the National Citizens of the Americas is therefore viewed as necessary for the lawful administration of nationality, citizenship, and civil status classifications within the constitutional framework of the Moorish American people. The U.S.A.R. seeks to establish lawful standards governing the distinction between nationals, citizens, subjects, residents, aliens, and foreign immigrants according to constitutional principles, international law, treaty obligations, and the laws of nations.

The United States of America Republic rejects racial hatred, unlawful violence, insurrection, and anarchy. Its purpose is restoration rather than destruction, constitutional re-alignment rather than constitutional hostility, and lawful self-government rather than disorder. The U.S.A.R. is committed to peaceful civic development, lawful political expression, constitutional education, and the advancement of the Moorish American people as a free national community contributing positively to civilization and the welfare of humanity.
