The Honorable Prophet Noble Drew Ali spawned a religious fervor when he established the Divine and National Movement, which has now awakened an entirely new generation of Moorish American minds.  This “Second Great Awakening” of the Divine and National Movement defined and manifested United States of America Republic [U.S.A.R. - created for the purpose of providing the Movement with an enormous incentive and “medium” for the final drive of our Eternal Freedom.]

Let the idea of Moorish-Fest Destiny become the torch that lights the way for Moorish American expansion, so that the avowed objectives used to thwart U.S.A.R. policies or hamper our power, are diminished. The aim to limit our greatness pales in the fulfillment of our Moorish-Fest Destiny, which is to over-spread the Continent for the free development of U.S.A.R.’s yearly multiplying millions [allotted by Province Jurisdiction], as the spirit of Nationalism that will sweep this Nation in the next two decades demands more terrain. "Every man and woman are equal", and Moorish American Citizens of United States of America Republic [U.S.A.R.] perform as courageous pioneers, who believe that America has a Divine obligation to stretch the boundaries of their noble Republic.

 

The United States of America Republic likens the symbol of Moorish-Fest Destiny, and is the Re-birth and Re-Establishment of the Moorish Republic, which has come at last!  “U.S.A.R.’s” goal to traverse the lands in advancing the Republic Government of the Moors, is to replace darkness with light, and ignorance with knowledge of self, teaching the Divine Principles of Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice in our civilization. These Principles and teachings will modify the behavior of an entire world and become the “tradition” within the next generation.

 

President C Cannon Bey, who doubled the size of the country with the stroke of a pen, created a new Jurisdiction for Moorish Americans in which to live right on this land. The right of our Moorish-Fest Destiny to over-spread and possess the whole of the continent, which the Provinces of the United States of America Republic have given to Moorish Americans, so they may enjoy their liberties and the right to self-determination; along with all powers to develop self-government…to be entrusted to us by The Honorable Prophet Noble Drew Ali.

Every nation in the world is ruled by some form
of governing headship,  who are either elected or appointed
and some even anointed; but they still carry many of the same responsibilities.  
The United States of America Republic, acting as the governing body
for Moorish American Nationals, shall control the flow of commerce, develop its economic structure, provide an educational system that will produce great minds.  We shall strive to establish laws for Moorish American Nationals, citizens and organizations. We shall create a prison system that successfully rehabilitates and reforms the criminally-orientated to re-enter into society as productive citizens and tradesmen. Also, creating community programs to curb participation in criminal activities establish guidelines to ensure these laws are followed. In short, setting the standards of what is legal and acceptable for Moorish American Nationals and citizens, and what is not. The United States of America Republic is the “Seat of Authority”.

The citizens of all free national governments according to their national constitution are all of one family bearing one free national name. Those who fail to recognize the free national name of their constitutional government are classed as undesirables, and are subject to all inferior names and abuses and mis-treatments that the citizens care to bestow upon them. And it is a sin for any group of people to violate the national constitutional laws of a free national government.

 

If Italians, Greeks, English, Chinese, Japanese, Turks, and Arabians are forced to proclaim their free national name and religion before the constitutional government of the United States of America Republic, it is no more than right that the law should be enforced upon all other American citizens alike.

 

All Citizens must preserve the Constitution and Laws for the United States of America Republic because by being a Moorish American Citizen you are a part and parcel of the government and must live the life accordingly.

 

The United States of America Republic is not to cause confusion or to overthrow the laws or constitution of the United States but to obey hereby.

 

The time has come that every nation must worship under its own vine and fig tree, and every tongue must confess his own.

This website is not for Moorish American People to learn their history, or about Noble Drew Ali, or the Moorish Science Temple of America.

What is a Fez ?

A national and religious headdress of Moorish Americans , usually made of felt in red or black color, having the shape of a truncated cone, and ornamented with a long black tassel, worn by Moorish American men on The Northern Continent of Amexem.

THIS FREE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT WAS RE-ESTABLISHED ON THE 14th DAY OF APRIL IN THE YEAR, 2015.

Mindful of the determination proclaimed by the Moorish American People in the Charter of the United States of America Republic to reaffirm faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the Moorish American People, in the equal rights of men and women and of nations large and small and to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom,
 

Conscious of the need for the creation of conditions of stability and well-being and peaceful and friendly relations based on respect for the principles of equal rights and self-determination of all Moorish American People, and of universal respect for, and observance of, human rights and fundamental freedoms for all without distinction as to race, sex, language or religion,
Recognizing the passionate yearning for freedom in all independent Moorish American People and the decisive role of such Moorish American People in the attainment of their independence,
 

Aware of the increasing conflicts resulting from the denial of or impediments in the way of the freedom of such Moorish American People, which constitute a serious threat to peace here in America,
 

Considering the important role of the Moorish American People in assisting the movement for independence in Trust as we Move forward in our Right to Self-Governing our Provinces and Territories,
 

Recognizing that the Moorish American People of the United States of America Republic ardently desire the end of colonialism in all its manifestations in America,
 

Convinced that the continued existence of colonialism prevents the development of international economic co-operation, impedes the social, cultural and economic development of independent Moorish American People and militates against the United States of America Republic ideal of universal peace,
 

Affirming that Moorish American People may, for their own ends, freely dispose of their natural wealth and resources without prejudice to any obligations arising out of international economic co-operation, based upon the principle of mutual benefit, and international law,
 

Knowing that the process of liberation is irresistible and irreversible and that, in order to avoid serious crises, an end must be put to colonialism and all practices of segregation and discrimination associated therewith,

 

Welcoming the emergence in recent years of a large number of dependent territories into freedom and independence, and recognizing the increasingly powerful trends towards freedom in such Provinces which have not yet attained independence,
 

Convinced that all Moorish American People have an inalienable right to complete freedom, the exercise of their sovereignty and the integrity of their National Government as National Citizens,
 

Solemnly proclaims the necessity of bringing to a speedy and unconditional end colonialism in all its forms and manifestations and to this end Declares that:
 

1. The subjection of Moorish American People to alien subjugation, domination and exploitation constitutes a denial of fundamental human rights, is contrary to the Charter of the United States of America Republic and is an impediment to the promotion of peace here in America and co-operation.
 

2. All Moorish American People have the right to self-determination; by virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development.
 

3. Inadequacy of political, economic, social or educational preparedness should never serve as a pretext for delaying independence.

 

4. All armed action or repressive measures of all kinds directed against independent Moorish American People shall cease in order to enable them to exercise peacefully and freely their right to complete independence, and the integrity of their National Government here in America shall be respected.

 

5. Immediate steps shall be taken, in Trust and Non-Self-Governing Provinces or all other territories which have not yet attained independence, to transfer all powers to the Moorish American People of those Provinces and territories, without any conditions or reservations, in accordance with their freely expressed will and desire, without any distinction as to race, creed or color, in order to enable them to enjoy complete independence and freedom.
 

6. Any attempt aimed at the partial or total disruption of the National Unity of the Moorish American People and the Provinces and territorial integrity of a country is incompatible with the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United States of America Republic.
 

7. The United States and all States shall observe faithfully and strictly the provisions of the Charter of the United States of America Republic, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the present Declaration on the basis of equality, non-interference in the internal affairs of all States, and respect for the sovereign rights of the United States of America Republic and its Citizens the Moorish American People and their provincial integrity.
